We have a strong focus on Artistic Skating with Ex World Class Figure Skater and NZ Representative Michelle (Shelley) Webb coaching our advanced skaters who wish to become competitive Skaters.
She is also available for one on one coaching to improve your child’s chances of success, or group competition classes.
We have formed Bay of Plenty Roller Sports Incorporated (BOPRS) to promote and grow all roller sports in the Bay and are keen for any parents who care to join our committee and help be part of this to contact Kazna.
We have already had success with our girls Jaydene, Tamara, Catalina and Shelley doing well at Artistic competitions and also our advanced group performing their showskate routines at Roller Derby matches.
We had our first lot of Patch tests in November 2016 and we had 16 girls completing a total of 66 levels between them. In July 2017 we had another 26 competitors passing a total of 109 levels!!!
Once the children work through the Skatescool Levels we encourage them to start going for the Artistic and Figure badges and competing further if they wish.
Check out Tamara's competition performance.

Testimony from our Facebook page:
"Catalina enjoys her clases at Skatescool so much that she went from beginers to competition in 1 year with her 1st Regional comp over the weekend in Auckand winning all 5 competitions she entered. We are very gratefull to Kazna to teach her how to skate, get fit, have fun and for making her fall in love with rollerskating! To Shelley for helping Catalina be a better skater and work hard, for challenge her and help her to discover what she is capable of. Always with great attitude and kindness, lots of support and praise. Highy recommended" Ana Lorenzo
